Job Summary

We seek an attorney to join our team of accomplished professionals who handle complex transactional matters. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional judgment and analytical abilities, allowing them to quickly and accurately assess complex legal situations, identify critical issues, and develop effective, business-oriented solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in M&A matters including data room management and due diligence
Advise and prepare documents for clients with emphasis on General Counsel clients
Review and advise on employment matters, contracts, IP matters, and disputes
Conduct legal research on case-related issues
Demonstrate a strong commitment to follow-through, ensuring all tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting and proofreading legal documents, managing due diligence processes, and conducting thorough legal research.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
2+ years of relevant legal experience preferred
Admission to practice and in good standing with the State Bar
Experience in M&A and corporate law
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in legal research tools and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
