CSR is excited to announce the addition of a new Client Manager, Kaile Daffron.
Kaile believes in a multi-faceted approach to problem solving, seeking solutions from multiple disciplines. She brings more than a decade of experience to the CSR team in managing projects, program development and advising.
Before joining CSR, Kaile had a diverse career across multiple industries. Most recently, she was a client and operations manager for an employee engagement and recognition company specializing in building and supporting positive corporate cultures. Before that, she worked in military contracting, event planning, medical and legal office management and higher education. Her experience across industries allows her to bring unique and niche perspectives to the CSR team.
When she’s not problem solving with clients, you can find Kaile spending time with her husband and beagle, working on home improvement projects or hiking in the North Georgia mountains.
