Elena Potter is a transplant from the California Coast where she grew up in a large tight-knit Hispanic family. A proud daughter of immigrant parents, diversity isn't only in her ethnic roots, but in her professional background. Elena is a first-generation college graduate who early on developed a passion for helping others through volunteerism, advocacy, and law. She holds a bachelor's degree in Paralegal studies and is currently pursuing a certificate in Human Resources from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Elena has worked in a variety of concentrations of law, government, and non-profit, holding positions that largely support senior leadership and buoy up organizational values and missions. She is a firm believer that change leads to growth and strives to challenge herself and those around her to see and live their potential.
Elena resides in the Charlotte, NC region with her husband, Kevin, and their three children, and often take advantage of the rich history and natural beauty the East Coast has to offer.
