CSR is thrilled to welcome Allison Builder to the team as a Client Manager.
Allison brings 20 years of experience in retail and management consulting to CSR, and matches our tenacity for client success.
After graduating from Davidson College, Allison launched her career with Accenture providing expertise to clients primarily within the Telecom and Utility sectors. She then transitioned to The Home Depot, where she lead Front End and Installation Services teams focused on operational efficiency and process definition. Allison then worked for Marketing Management Analytics, a premier accountability consulting firm, and, most recently, Penfield Consulting, where her primary focus was in translating client needs into actionable analytical feedback, by way of well-defined, repeatable processes.
Allison and her husband Tom live in East Cobb where they are raising their two children. She is actively involved with the Cobb County school system and has served on the Foundation Board and Advisory Councils. On weekends, you can find Allison and her family on the tennis court, hiking, or pursuing some other outdoor endeavor.
