An Atlanta native, Aleksandra Hodges has a background rooted in psychology and education but found herself working for a nonprofit in college.
This experience created a love for small nonprofits and catalyzed her move into the nonprofit world, where she has remained for over six years. Aleksandra was drawn to CSR after learning about Alex Muñoz's drive to create a company firmly planted in its mission, vision, and values. She is excited to venture into the new world of strategy consulting as CSR's newest analyst. Having honed an eye for minutiae in the development and grant writing process, she hopes to bring the same attention to detail and determination to the strategic planning process and looks forward to utilizing her coordination, communication, and execution skills to help clients achieve—and exceed—their goals. She also hopes to help clients experience the fullness of joy in growth and success.
When not in the office, you can find Aleksandra working remotely (as often as possible, outdoors!) with her rescue lab mix Beau, affectionately called Bubs, right by her side. She also loves listening to music, spending time with friends, and taking road trips. An Atlanta and Tarheel fan since birth, she's not (yet) given up hope for her Braves and Falcons, and is happy to now have Atlanta United to cheer on.
