Roselle Tan

Roselle is a Client Services Associate at CSR, where she brings her strong background in communication, organization, and people-focused work. Alongside her role at CSR, she has extensive experience as an educator, having taught English in Thailand and Values Education in the Philippines. She is currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Silliman University, where she teaches general education and psychology electives while pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology.

In addition, Roselle works as a freelance Cebuano teacher, sharing her love for language and culture with learners from different backgrounds. Beyond teaching, she has collaborated with organizations, entrepreneurs, and ministries as a writer and editor, and has served as an HR specialist connecting talent with opportunity. At the core of her work is a passion for empowering the next generation through teaching, mentorship, and community engagement.
