Rick Wolf

Rick has over three decades of experience guiding law firms to achieve their full potential. He has held the positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Executive Director, and Director of Administration. Rick was responsible for all non-legal firm management in each of these roles. He enjoys firm-wide mentoring, working on law firm profitability, budget development and management, dealing with rate structures, realization, billing and collection issues, lateral candidate analysis and recommendations, strategic planning and implementation, and marketing and business development. He spent the early part of his career working as an economist and a budget and business manager for the City of Cincinnati. Rick is best described as a trusted advisor and voice of reason.

A Cincinnati native, Rick graduated from Xavier University with a BSBA in Economics and an MBA in Finance. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Virginia. They enjoy visiting art museums, day trips to the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, and spending time with their son and his family.
