Mike Caraballo brings a powerful blend of military precision, financial acumen, and community commitment to his role as a Client Manager at CSR. A retired U.S. Army Colonel with 34 years of service—including two deployments and a long tenure in logistics—Mike understands what it takes to move strategy into sustained action. His military career sharpened his skills in strategic operations, planning, sustainment, and second-order impact—expertise that translates seamlessly to his consulting work today.


Before joining CSR, Mike spent more than a decade at Wells Fargo, where he led compliance-focused program management for the home lending division. His prior experience includes leadership roles at Capital One, Chase, and other financial institutions, specializing in financial operations, business analysis, and process transformation. Mike has also worked closely with veteran-serving organizations (VSOs) and led the Veterans Employee Resource Network at Wells Fargo (a 10,000+ strong contingent), helping connect corporate resources to mission-driven impact.


Mike thrives when creating tailored solutions that meet clients where they are—bringing both innovative ideas and practical support to help organizations move forward. Based in San Antonio, Mike continues to deepen CSR’s presence in Texas and the veteran services ecosystem.


Outside of work, Mike is a CrossFit enthusiast, sports fan, music lover, and devoted family man. He is always looking for ways to fuse entrepreneurial spirit with mission-driven outcomes.
