Martin Ellin

For more than 40 years, Marty worked in a variety of roles for organizations that offered innovative responses to community needs. In that time, as board Chair, managing partner, and Executive Director, Marty created and managed initiatives that resolved problems, identified opportunities, and enhanced connections, particularly focusing on staff, board, and leadership development. Now, as a consultant, lawyer and mediator, Marty relishes the chance to work with groups that see their colleagues, their boards, and their volunteers as gifts and as tools to be used to lift their client communities. Marty is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Maryland School of Law. He was granted several awards throughout his career but is best known as Wendy’s husband, Blair and Leah’s father, and Caleb and Tripp’s grandfather. Marty is delighted to work with CSR!
