With over 25 years of experience overseeing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex, multi-site environments, Luis is a strategic PMO and program execution leader who brings deep expertise and institutional efficiencies to the CSR Team. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Project Management at Wells Fargo, where he led a strategic PMO and Change Management organization, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and delivered on hundreds of internal and external initiatives. Earlier in his career, Luis directed enterprise-wide programs that reduced manual labor by 90,000+ hours and saved $14M annually, and led a 130-person team to complete a critical regulatory program ahead of schedule.
Luis practices genuine connectivity with his clients to truly understand their immediate business needs, allowing him to comprehensively assess existing challenges and create a strategic vision for the organization to move forward. Based in San Antonio, Luis expands CSR's reach in Texas.
Luis holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and maintains PMP and Agile certifications from the Project Management Institute. He serves on the Hispanic Scholarship Foundation Advisory Board and is a member of ALPFA. He is an avid runner, music lover, and traveler.
