Kevin Blalock is a mission-driven strategist with more than 25 years of executive and board experience across the medical technology, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. He specializes in helping organizations unlock growth through strategic planning, product marketing, commercial leadership, and strategic exits. Kevin has delivered impressive results for companies at all stages - from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises - and led multiple mergers and acquisitions along the way.
As the founder of Health Tech Development Advisors, Kevin supports small to mid-sized companies in navigating growth and change. He now brings his expertise to CSR, working with nonprofit and professional services organizations to develop clear strategies that drive impact.
Kevin's leadership is collaborative, innovative, and results-focused. He has overseen numerous successful product and service launches, integrations, and turnarounds. Most recently, he served as President of the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, where the organization experienced unprecedented growth under his guidance.
He holds a BS in Chemistry from Erskine College and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has also completed executive programs, including the Wharton School's Marketing Leaders Program.
