Betsy is committed to strategic growth and leadership strategies for small businesses. Prior to joining the CSR team and founding E. Wallace Strategies, Betsy was a Senior Relationship Manager with NeighborWorks America, the country’s preeminent leader in affordable housing and community development. In her nineteen years with NeighborWorks, Betsy consulted with network members developing growth strategies and sustaining partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to expand their impact in communities across the United States. She has honed over two decades of expertise in organizational and leadership development, board governance, coaching and executive transitions. Betsy serves as a Design Team member for NeighborWorks America’s national Excellence in Governance programs and serves on the Faculty of the NeighborWorks Training Institute. Betsy graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Architecture and from Rutgers University with a Master of City and Regional Planning degree. She completed Emory University’s Essentials of Management Certificate. Betsy is a member and officer of the Boards of Directors for Georgia Advancing Communities Together (Georgia ACT) and the Sandy Spring Charter Middle School PTO.
