The Strategic Planning Session is a stand-alone product CSR offers to established businesses to craft a truly strategic approach to their business and accelerate growth. The methodology employed incorporates a combination of homework, two in-person sessions and off-site work. Company leaders will come out of these sessions with their business's strategic plan, which includes: - Prioritized strategic objectives - 5-year pro forma quantifying top and bottom line results - 3 sample project plans to tackle the prioritized objectives. This plan is a living, breathing document that will serve as the "map" to success.
