Bevilacqua PLLC is a 100% remote law firm seeking to add a competent Marketing/Administrative Assistant to our team to aid in bolstering our marketing efforts as well as providing support to the team when the Office Manager needs assistance. This is a part-time position, paid hourly with variable hours, with primary responsibilities split between Administrative and Marketing functions.
Primary responsibilities:
Administrative:
Process transactions in Quickbooks
Monitor bank accounts
Review and approve time entries in a timely manner
Process invoices in a timely manner
As needed:
Generate engagement agreements
Generate Audit Inquiry Requests
Review and pay 3rd party provider invoices
Maintain calendars through scheduling meetings, interviews, etc.
Marketing
Regularly audit competitors’ websites and social media
Generate a content calendar for the firm (including social media and blog) with automations
Create systems to keep team members accountable to posting
Maintain momentum and hold team members accountable for social media and blog posts, encouraging and fostering new ideas
Remind team members to share new deals for tombstones on website, then update website with deals
Minimum 8 social media posts per week (utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Regularly update and maintain Google pages, resolving any issues as they arise
Continually monitor website, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts and recommend updates/improvements
Collaborate with website host as needed for any updates
Review and revise all marketing materials for conferences (White Paper, One Pager, etc.)
