position, roughly 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 9-5. Salary commensurate with

Strategy Law, LLP will be a full-service business law firm where business clients can get solutions to their legal issues and proactive legal planning from attorneys they trust and like working with. We will have a strong investment in technology to enable attorneys, paralegals and staff to do their jobs efficiently and to maintain bandwidth for immediate client needs. We will invest in firm management so that attorneys can focus on what they enjoy about their practices. We will have multiple attorneys in each area of practice so that we can back each other up for time off and to groom the next generation of partners. Professionals will decide how much they want to make, how many hours they want to work, and how they want to maintain work life balance and life outside of the office. $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Job responsibilities include:

  • Handling the new client intake process, from initial contact through transition to responsible attorney

  • Marketing and social media support

  • Administrative support and calendaring appointments for managing partner

  • Assist with administrative and clerical support for other professionals

The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, well organized, and be extremely adept in following-up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines. We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual and can multi-task and prioritize under pressure. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office. Previous office experience preferred.
