Rich has been a leader in Human Resources, Employee & Labor Relations, and Talent Acquisition within successful organizations, including The Home Depot, Circuit City, Penske, and Lowe’s. He remains dedicated to ensuring all leaders have the best tools available to be successful. He works tirelessly with leadership to develop HR strategies to improve the business while providing professional development opportunities for staff simultaneously. His client groups have frequently led the organization in employee engagement.

Previous business partners have ranged from General Manager to Senior Vice President, with his expertise enabling him to provide value-added service in responding to current and future business needs. 

Rich has supported client groups ranging from 200 to 20,000 employees in a multitude of business categories. Past recognition includes being named Hero of the Economy by a major news network for work performed as a Human Resources and Employee Relations leader. 

He is a graduate of San Diego State University and maintains professional certifications the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). 

Outside of work, Rich dedicates his time to making the world a better place. He does this through his multiple leadership roles within Rotary International, where he is a recipient of Rotary’s distinguished People of Action Award. What is in store for Rich’s future besides making his clients successful? He plans to become a wish-granter for adults diagnosed with a terminal illness, in memory of his mother.
