Ashley Vaughan

Prior to joining CSR, Ashley spent over a decade consulting with business owners and launching new business ventures at Burger King Corporation, BrightStar Care Franchising, and Amazon. She has experience in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Program Management. Her background makes her adept at identifying the root cause of issues and devising an effective action plan. Ashley is known for building strong relationships and for being a creative problem solver. She loves helping business owners develop teams and systems that support their visions. Ashley received her Bachelor’s in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. She is also the author of The Entrepreneur’s Mindset Journal and a 290 RYT. In her free time Ashley can be found exploring the world (24 countries visited so far!), reading, or baking something delicious.
